Photoshop (day 15)

"use a dollar bill as your inspiration"

As I'm in England and have never seen a dollar bill (and there's no way of getting hold of one) I thought I'd try to draw a rabbit using shapes on a dollar bill image I found on the net.
This is my first attempt of drawing using photoshop, so there is a lot of space for improvement!

  1. For a first attempt at drawing in photoshop, this is very impressive. I've been using the software for a year and still haven't even tried to draw anything with it. (I use another software for that.) Mostly, I like to play with the filters and the 3D rendering. Beyond that, I find it very intimidating.

    Fun post.

  2. Ha, yeah I was writing with a US audience in mind. I guess if they ever make a UK edition it would say "use a Pound Note as your inspiration"!

  3. LOL @ Noah - we don't have pound notes here! The smallest note is £5 (which about 8 dollars) ... and I aint rich enough to start cutting one of those up! :-)

  4. Lovely! What great finesse in your drawing. I think this one may be my favorite so far.
